We are having so much fun and like it here in St. Joe we decided to stay till next Wed. Now for the real reason we are staying here. Our dinghy decided it liked being in St. Joe so much it wants to stay. So we bought a new one at Wolfs Marine and they are getting it outfitted for us to put on the back of the boat. Wolfs should have every thing done by Tues. but we want to make sure all the gluing for the davit patches have time to set. We were not planning on replacing the dingy this soon but we are glad it happened here. We are friends with the owner and got a really good deal for the new one and the trade in of the old one.
After 2 bike rides (today) to Wolfs Marine and a walk to the farmers market in town we are getting plenty of exercise.
We know once we get into the river system south of here there will be a lot of Tow boats, but even in the Great Lakes we have to share the water with some very big boats. This freighter came in this morning about 3:00 am.
