49 miles     Lady’s Island Marina Beaufort, SC to Church Creek, SC

The wind finally stopped so we had a nice ride today. There were 2 shallow trouble spots that we had to cross through but took them at high tide so no problems. All day was cloudy (65 degrees brrrr) and we had a few sprinkles a couple of times.

Our anchorage for the night is in Church Creek, which is just south of Charleston SC. We plan on an early start tomorrow morning and go to a marina in Charleston for a couple of days.

 These little black flies hitched a ride along the way and the boat is covered with them.

 So far they are all outside. (hopefully they stay out there and are gone by morning)
